Anna really makes you feel at home and makes every endeavour to find you a wig that you will love. I cannot praise Beechgrove wig Boutique enough and I would give it 10 stars if I could.

Her own personal experience of hair loss meant that she fully understood how the customer was feeling and added to the feeling of being at ease throughout the visit. We visited during one of the most difficult times of our lives; my mam was facing her final months... read more and the hair loss that came with chemotherapy, and Anna made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel warm, gentle, and completely pressure-free. Anna took the time to truly understand what my mam needed, helping her find the perfect wig with such care and sensitivity. She never made us feel rushed, and her kindness made a real difference on a day that could so easily have been hard. What really set Anna apart was going above and beyond in a way she absolutely didn't have to. We had a half-finished wig from another maker that had never been completed, and Anna connected us with a friend of hers who was able to mend and finish it, a gesture that was entirely out of the goodness of her heart. The boutique itself is a beautiful, welcoming space, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Sadly, my mam passed away in October 2025, just weeks after our visit, and didn't get the chance to wear her wig. But the experience Anna gave her — the dignity, the laughter, and the feeling of being truly cared for — meant the world to us both, and that I will never forget.
