These terms and conditions shall govern the sale and purchase of products by telephone, in person, online, or via email or our website, details of which are found on this site and in our communications with you during the course of consultations .You will be asked to give your express agreement to these terms and conditions before you place an order with Beech Grove Wig Boutique. We/I /seller/us relates to Beech Grove Wig Boutique and you/the buyer refers to the purchaser or user of our services.
This does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under English Law. English Law shall govern these terms and conditions.
The advertising of products/services on our website or in our catalogues, brochures or any promotional literature, constitutes an "invitation to treat" rather than a contractual offer. No contract will come into effect unless and until we accept your order in accordance with the procedure set out in these terms. We can withdraw this invitation to treat at any time and for any reason. In the case of errors in pricing in our literature, these will be communicated to you prior to taking payment and amended to reflect the correct pricing.
To enter into a contract with us, you must have placed an order with us and our acceptance will only be confirmed when we have firstly taken payment from you and provided an invoice (either physically or electronically), secondly, ordered the goods from the supplier and finally confirmed goods to be on order for you. At this final point a contract has been entered into to supply goods. If a supplier cannot fulfil an order at this point we will offer a refund or exchange. We are unable to accept any claims for loss, expenses or inconvenience in relation to supplying our products to you.
We reserve the right to withdraw our service at any time and will not accept any forms of threatening or abusive behaviour. Our service aims to find the best match for you within our salon. We have displays, samples, brochures and other resources at hand to guide you in selecting your best option. Our consultations can be arranged by appointment. Many of our customers may be undergoing treatments which compromise their immune systems, so to prevent contamination of our displays or products we kindly ask that you wear a wig cap when trying these on. We have these on hand in our salon but when trying on at home, you can purchase one from us.
When you place an order with us and subsequently cancel the order, the cancellation will be subject to at least a 10% handling charge, as these goods are specially ordered for you, some from overseas. This will be advised at the time of order. We endeavour to ensure you are completely comfortable with your choice prior to order.
If upon visiting us to collect your order from our salon (which must occur within 14 days of us informing you that your order is in stock), you decide to cancel the order, again there will be a 10% handling fee deducted from the refund amount. You will receive the balance of your refund within 10-14 days.
If you opt for your wig to be posted to you, you have 7 days from receipt of your goods to inform us of your intention to return the item. You must receive a returns number from us authorising your return. Your item must be received by us within 7 days of informing us of your intent to return the goods. It must be returned in exactly the same packaging and with original labels still attached, it must not have been cut, styled, brushed or smell of strong odours, nor have been worn other than to try it on. If any of these conditions are not met, the item/s become non returnable. The buyer is responsible for return postage fees and carriage insurance and these fees are non refundable. We recommend you opt for recorded delivery with an insurance value as we cannot accept claims for goods posted by you and lost in transit. You will be charged a 10% handling fee (based on your original order value) should your request to return your item meet the above conditions. Your refund will be processed within 10-14 days.
Any items returned without a refund number issued by us or not meeting the conditions above regarding original labels, packaging and condition will be kept for 14 days while we try and contact you using the contact details you provided upon booking your appointment. Should the items be deemed non returnable, you can opt to pay for us to send them back to you. If we are unable to contact you within 28 days, we reserve the right to dispose of the goods.
With regards to claims of defects/faulty goods, these must be communicated to us within 2 months of receipt of the goods, given the life span of the products we sell. We reserve the right to send the goods to an expert to determine whether the goods are faulty or the issue has arisen due to improper maintenance or use. If the item is deemed faulty, you will be reimbursed for your postage costs and a refund will be processed. This may take 10-14 days from confirmation of faulty goods.
We reserve the right to change or amend these conditions at any time without prior notice.

You may view, download and print pages from our website, stream audio and video from our website and use our website services by means of a web browser subject to other provision of these terms and conditions.
You must not download any material from our website or save any such material to your computer. You may only use our website for your own personal purposes. and you must not edit or modify any material on our website. You must not redistribute material and all images either remain the intellectual property of either Beech Grove Wig Boutique, Daxbourne Int Ltd, Aderans UK or Rene of Paris. Aderans and Daxbourne have consented for the use of their images on this site as we are a supplier of their products. Aderans have provided images from Rene of Paris also.
Warranties and Limitations
We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable. These terms and conditions are standard for businesses. We will always endeavour to identify any errors for our customers. This website has been created using a respected website design service.
You must pay the prices of the products you order. If you fail to pay to us any amount due under these terms and conditions in accordance with the provisions of these terms and conditions, then we may withhold the products ordered and/or by written notice to you at any time cancel the contract of sale for the products. Also, If you make an unjustified credit card, debit card or other charge-back then you will be liable to pay us, within 7 days following the date of our written request:
