Set within a private property, I offer one to one appointments each week aimed at helping other women navigate hair loss caused by chemotherapy, alopecia, menopausal hair thinning or other forms of female hair loss. When To Select a Wig
If you’re facing the prospect of hair loss during chemotherapy or radiotherapy treatment, the service is somewhere you can explore options in a friendly, welcoming and private setting. I have lived with hair loss for many years so I understand the emotions related to navigating hair loss. I aim to ensure your wig or hairpiece restores confidence and provides a sense of control over hair loss during treatment. This can be important at a time when many things are not within our control. Losing your hair can feel like loosing part of who you are, it’s often not ‘just hair’ to us, it’s the person we see in the mirror every day.
If eligible to claim VAT exemption on the wig you purchase, the business can also process this for you.
Sometimes, simply having a style and wig prepared can give us back a sense of control over the hair loss. From personal experience, when we feel tired or drained for any reason, just getting ready, putting makeup on and doing your hair can make you feel more like you again.
