How do virtual wig consultations work?
First we establish your needs...
What will you use your wig for? Will it be every day or for an event or nights out? Do you have any special requirements such as sensitivity to certain materials? What style of women's wig are you looking to achieve? Through seeing you virtually, if you want a colour similar to your own, we can find these wigs for you. Do you prefer short, wavy, long, straight or curly? We will then go over bases and fibres. You may want to invest in a human hair wig for every day wear or a heat friendly wig for an event. Virtual wig consultations are invaluable whether you live locally in County Durham, Newcastle upon Tyne, Sunderland or beyond.
Secondly have a tape measure to hand...
We will guide you through finding your measurements for wearing wigs.
Finally...
We will show you a range of options and physical colour samples in both indoors and outdoors lighting. Most importantly, if you find one you like, we will check current market prices. We can then order the wig and the maintenance kit for you to be delivered to your home.
Virtual Unboxing
Once you have your wig we'll arrange to unbox together and this is important as once the tags have been removed and the wig has been worn it is non returnable and this applies not just to our wigs but almost all companies. There is also a handling charge should you wish to swap the wig once delivered which again is common practice, that's why simply ordering on line can be costly, and why we only do in person consultations or virtual consultations and haven't gone down the online store route.

You can check if you like the shade and once you are ready to remove the tags, we can guide you through putting it on, securing, and adjusting to your size. We can also give you tips on styling.
Secondly...
During the virtual wig consultations, we will demonstrate the washing and maintenance required for your type of wig fibre. Doing this part correctly can greatly impact the lifespan of your wigs.
Finally...
A month later we will contact you just to see how you are getting on and to find out if you have any questions.
