As the seasons begin to turn, many of our customers are thinking about warming up their hair tones for the approaching season with some autumn wig colours. What I have noticed with our boutique, is that our busy periods coincide when I personally would start putting away our summer/spring/winter/autumn clothes and bringing back out warmer or cooler clothes. The browns, beige, burgundy clothes replace the creams, pinks and pastel clothes. In the same way with wigs, I usually go lighter or blonde for the summer and auburn or golden blondes for the cooler months. Autumn wig colours really optimise this change. Our colour palette of clothing changes with the seasons and wigs and toppers can be used to compliment this change.
A Unique Boutique
Customers often comment in reviews that whether approaching wigs for fashion or due to hair loss, trying on different styles and colours is actually fun when they have a consultation. Finding out whether you suit blonde, red, brown or brunette can be a revelation. You can do all this in a consultation. Often the transformative nature of wigs gives me goosebumps. Especially when I see how a certain colour or style just looks absolutely gorgeous on customers, especially when it’s something they would never have considered would have suited.
Some colours against our skin tone age us but others seem to take years off. The same with certain styles.
What Sets Beech Grove Wig Boutique Apart
If you are looking for a wig, topper or hair piece please have a browse through our google reviews, they give you a real flavour of our business and location. It is unlike anything I as a customer ever experienced in my 40 years of wearing and purchasing wigs. I wanted it to be a private but welcoming place and it is lovely to see the farm provide a sanctuary. Somewhere customers can laugh or sometimes cry first and speak to someone who really understands hair loss and wearing different wigs in real life. This too has been a revelation as like everything in life, over many years of wearing wigs daily I have made mistakes, found out the pros and cons of different types and this has been an asset when helping customers find their perfect wig or hairpiece.
